Not another question just a comment
Funny thing. I bought this 94 EZGO just to ride my two year old grandson around the neighborhood. Now after joining this forum I find myself wanting to spend hundreds/thousands of dollars on upgrades! Surely there is some kind of medicated patch to help with this addiction!

there should be a disclaimer on this site because the addiction is contagious.

Re: Not another question just a comment
I look at it a little bit differently. I have some money tied up in my cart and that number is growing all the time, but I spend far less on the cart than when I was hotrodding diesel trucks. I also figure that if I had a 69 Camaro, 70 Chevelle or any other classic muscle car, just tags and insurance every year would probably be close to what I spend on my cart let alone all the other money I would spend on a car like that. The cart is a very affordable customization hobby in comparison and I seem to have just as much fun with the cart and definitely get more use out of it.
Your insane justifications for your addiction may vary! |

Re: Not another question just a comment
My addiction started innocently enough. As a kid, the neighbor got a 3 wheel HD cart. My buddy and I figured out how to turn the governor up and we started racing it against the clock..... all summer long. 50 yrs later I found myself trying to explaining that I needed cart #10 because I didn't have one of this kind yet I thought I did good when she walked away shaking her head

It is a hobby making golf carts do something more than they were designed to do.
