Default Pictures of what all should be on the secondary clutch setup?

I just recently installed a new umax spring along with new ramp shoes and spacer. While taking it apart I noticed I don't think some of the parts listed in some of the installs instructions you guys have on here were present......When I removed the 17mm nut there was a washer behind it. I removed the outer sheave. Then there was a half moon key. I removed it, and pulled the next sheave off, and then the spring came out. Then the spring seat.....I didn't have any other washers, or anything else on there. What are these washers, and circlips you guys speak of? Anyone have a pic? I don't think I need them with the new stuff I put on, but just wondering what I was missing? Thanks

Your cart probably had the original circlip behind the spring seat. It broke, and disappeared. The spacer is meant to replace the original clip. I've got pics somewhere...

So its common for the circlip to break and just fall out or disappear? What about the said washers between the sheaves? Mine had none?

Very common for it to break. No problem with the sheaves...

That's the spacer Only use one. Maybe soak it with PB Blaster or something.

If you can't get the spacer off, just go ahead and use it. Don't use a second one, though.

2 spacers and a u-max spring must have been tough to do...
