Default Star Cart 22F vs lifted EZGO gasser

Side by side pics...

Star is much taller, quieter and definitely stronger.

Did your Star come with a factory lift kit? How does the torque compare to the ez-go when your on the trails. My Star should be in anytime now.

I ordered my Star w/o the lift, thinkin about putting a 6" spindle lift on it. I've not seen any drop axle kits for the Stars yet.

It's a 48v street model with 10" aluminum wheels, thought i could save some money by putting on my own lift and getting new tires to fit the 10" rim. My father in-law has a Star like yours but in yellow with aluminum rims.

The torque on the trails is great. I've used it both on and off the street. Not too much speed on the pavement, that's where the EZGO takes the lead, but off road it has good pulling power up slippery hills. I'm planning to use it for some tree clearing around the yard. I've got some big logs that need sawing, cutting, chopping. Hope this Star Cart gets the job done with ease.

My old 90 Marathon had a Raptor / Alltrax combo setup and it was great. But I can feel even more power from the Curtis on this Star Cart. (I'm still a huge Alltrax fan though... those guys rock... best customer service of any cart component, hands down)
