I posted this before but it is hidden now:
A simple rocker/toggle/key switch (SPST) from controller pinout #JI-20 to JI-4 or the negative side of the run/tow switch will switch your modes from User 1 to User 2.
There are two user-selectable vehicle operating personalities, with vehicle top speed controlled and limited in each mode and the parameters are nearly infinite.
You will need to have access to a programmer or get the disk for your computer and a programming cable.

Handheld programmers may be restricted in what you can do with them, they come in 4 different modes. Plus they cost $400+. The computer and cable way is how I would do it. There are people who have the disk already and are waiting to program. I don't have the parameters of what is required yet so rather than try and reinvent the wheel, I am waiting for more info myself.

I'd LOVE to get my hands on one of them controllers. I know "things". Doesn't mean I can get in....but have a better chance at it.

Before, it did keep my intrest, I can't tell'a how many bags of pop-corn I went threw reading those post, I stopped wacthing TV at night, MY wife could not belive it.
