How to have full power reverse?

I have a Navitas TSX 3.0 600 amp controller on a club car precedent with a stock motor for now. I keep the otf programmer turned down on top speed and acceleration because for the most part I'm using it in the woods for a hunting cart at slower speeds. My problem is that where I like it set for forward is way too slow in reverse. If I almost get stuck anywhere I have to turn up the otf to the max to get out in reverse and it still isn't as powerful as forward.

There is a setting under motor configuration that is for forward acceleration and reverse acceleration but it will not save my value if I change it to match the forward setting. The only way it changes is changing the acceleration on the otf then reverse changes up and down with the forward setting.

Do anyone know how to fix this problem? There's very little instruction with the controller itself. Also I am an advanced user on the app. And as a side note can anyone tell me what overdrive is in the app settings? It's either an on or off setting.
