Default New Batteries and new Lester Summit II conundrum

2011 EZGO TXT 48
New Superlex (Superior) Batteries
New Summit II 650w 36/48 charger

New batteries were installed/used and charged about 6 or so times with EZGO Delta Q charger. I purchased Lester charger and probably charged cart 6 or so times with new charger.

Went for a ride and felt cart being sluggish with some surging. Always felt I had an ITS (throttle sensor) problem but that might have been with old dying batteries, so I believed my ITS was going out. Parked for a week or so and took cart out again. Even more sluggish so I check batteries. Getting anywhere from 2v-4v per battery and 18v or so across entire pack. Water is low but no plates are exposed. Was hoping to get them charged up and then add water. Water in all cells were fine prior to whatever event caused this.

My kids have played in cart before and have kicked/knocked out plug. It is the 3-pin triangle plug. I look and think one of the receptacle (cart side) ports is broken. I replace it and upon looking at old receptacle can see that the port was actually melted. It was the lower left port on the cart receptacle.

I used a 12v/24v charger set on 24v to charge only 3 batteries at a time. Both packs of 3 batteries started around 11v and were brought back to around 21v (each set of 3) in hopes of the Lester sensing enough voltage when all 6 are put back together to turn on, and the Lester did. As a pack of 6 batteries, the pack read 31v before plugging in Lester charger.

But now I’m getting fault codes and the app says “over voltage”. Charger keeps cycling. At least in my best judgement it keeps cycling. Clicking on and off through this light sequence.
Yellow ‘charge status’ light on for 1-2 seconds then
Red ‘fault’ on around 6 seconds
Then it repeats the sequence.

Any thoughts?
Thanks.
