Thanks guys! I am coaching baseball all weekend, but I’ll jump back into the cart whenever I have a minute and see what I can find.

Finally got back to the cart. Couldn’t find the fuse because it was wedged between the frame upright and the gutter tube. Anyway, it is still good. Also, checked the pack voltage with full charge and it is 51.0. Since I have no voltage from tow/run and the fuse is good...bad tow/run switch?

Anybody have thoughts on this?

Nope. Mostly due to not having time, but partly due to not knowing what I’m doing!

Ok I’m back to this project. I’d really like to get this cart going now that I have time to dedicate to it.

Upon further review, I have 50.4 into the Tow/Run and 50.4 going out. I have 50.4 going into the solenoid, but nothing coming out, which makes sense because it’s not clicking for anything. The solenoid is new from Carts Unlimited.

Can we diagnose the issue with that info, or do I need to check more?

Well, it's not clicking because the controller provides the B- to the activation circuit of the solenoid (which apparently isnt happening). Does the reverse buzzer activate when in reverse, or when cart is pushed around? (Please excuse me if you have already answered that question). Also, did you find the 3a fuse?

Also, check for B+ at controller plug pins 12 &13 (logic board input from Tow/run switch). If that's good, and no solenoid action or reverse buzzer, it's starting to look more like a bad controller.

Be aware that the pins on the actual plug arent oriented as shown in this picture, but the plug has numbers on it to help you figure out actual pin location.

No reverse buzzer, but I’ve had it disconnected for years so who knows if it even works (I did hook it back up to test it).
3A fuse is good
When checking the controller pins, positive probe in harness and negative where?

Pack B-, or B- at the controller would do fine as well.
