Default EZGO Express L6 Elite - LED

I have an EZGO express L6 Elite with standard halogen headlights. I have a few questions:
  1. Do I need to add a voltage reducer if I swap the headlight bulbs to these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  2. If I want to add these two items do I need a voltage reducer? Or is one already installed on the cart?

    https://www.amazon.com/Lightfox-Offr...=flood+LED+bar

Thanks

Not sure what halogen lights you have but those Led bulbs pull less than an amp each. Your good there. Probably already has a reducer if it has a halogen light kit. As for the other lights depends on what current they pull.

It definitely has a reducer of some sort due to having a 12v cig plug on it. I just didn't know if they stepped down that one accessory, or if they have some sort of fuse block installed on the cart. The cart is 3 hours away or I would take a look.

OK. I found the reducer. It has a harness plug coming out of it and they are all wrapped in to the main harness. Can I tap in to any of these wires to add a fuse block? Or is it safer to just add another reducer?
