i need helpp

i have a stretched golfcart with over a 20'' lift and i want to put a set of 35/12.5/15s that i have on it. is there any way of turning these tires and remaining electric, im not looking to have any speed or torque, i just need to be able to drive it on asphalt for shows and such. any help would be much appreciated

15:1 gear set and a torque motor like Beast or Stealth Stalker.
