Default g9 Electrical Issues

the golf cart is dead dont do any thing but when i pull harness for pickup coil the solenoid spins the engine .but doet start.

It is common for the small wires on and around the start solenoid to have connection issues or ends go bad. Make sure it is not a connection or broken wire/etc before you replace parts. Wire connections problems are very common on carts this old if it has not been replaced. Also know grounds are wired and you have to check those too. The key goes hot to pedal, it goes hot red/white wire to the solenoid/ignitor/coil all at once to make it run. They all get 12v with pedal down from the pedal switch. They all have ground wires often black. Some of them connect on battery cables on solenoid or gen.

Test that white/red wire and see if all of them are 12v with pedal down. You can also test the grounds if they show 12v you have no ground. Any cheap digital tester will work, in fact a test light will work for that.
