Default YDRE Splined shaft for motor

I recently had to pull my electric motor to have it repaired, and noticed that the male splined shaft that goes into the electric motor has, what seems to me, significant wear on the splines.... I am familiar with male and female splined shafts in hydraulic pump & motor applications which is why I noticed it. But what I do not know is if I should be concerned or not being that this is a different application. If this was hydraulic and work related for me, we would change it given the wear I see. The splines on both the male shaft and the female side in the motor are "thin" and worn looking. I've looked the shaft up online and found it on TNT's website but there is no price. I've also got a call into Don at Plowman's to see what he has to say. Was curious to see if anyone else has been down this road. I really appreciate all the help on this forum, and hopefully one day after I've learned some things to be able to offer some help of my own!

They do wear out & need replacement sometimes. The good news is the input shaft is not crazy price & does not require axle removal & teardown for replacement.

Thanks!
Looks like it should be fairly simple from looking at the parts breakdown. I found the shaft with bearings for about $100. Gonna replace the shaft seal too.

TNT says that input shaft is on back order till beginning of March.....
Any other places I could check to see if they have it? I've left a message with Don at plowmans but haven't heard back from him yet. I don't believe I have the patients to wait a whole month! hahaha

For team axle.... Remove motor. Remove motor adapter plate (4x 1/2" bolts, gold color). Slip input shaft out, bearings will come with it. Seal & o-ring if desired (they have been really good for me, only one replaced so far). Reverse steps for reassembly.... Super easy.

Am I missing something? Got shaft to pop out, but from what I am seeing there doesn't look like there is any way for the inner bearing on the shaft to clear that gear and come out. see pics.
