Re: Replacement batteries
Also check into Trojan Travelers and the Ranger 160. New product from Trojan.
More Amp-hours means longer run times. Good Luck and ask questions.here if you need help. |

Re: Replacement batteries
Thanks. I just went and read about them. They sound great and I think I'd rather have the longer run time so I'll check into pricing the Rangers. Guess I'll be on the phone half the day tomorrow checking prices.

Re: Replacement batteries
The reason I didn't go with the others is they were special order and Over $200.00 each in nj, Delaware and pa. I talked directly to Trojan and spent endless time on research but didn't want to put out that much. My interstate for the exact model was between $179.00 ea to 101.00 ea. I paid 101.00 and no tax. What m & m is your old cart ?

My old cart is a Yamaha that came off of a golf course. It's probably around a 2000. I ended up putting lights, back seat, paint on it. Mostly I just ride here around my property to my pond and back. |

Re: Replacement batteries
Well I called around today several shops within 100 miles and the closest place to me - about 40 miles - has the Trojan T875 batteries for $95. Other places wanted as much as $139. Sure is a big difference when you factor in six batteries...
I ended up calling five places and they all carried just one battery - the T875s. I asked about the Rangers and none of the places had even heard of them. I hadn't realized they were that new! Anyway, the place that had the cheapest batteries is going to call tomorrow and let me know what kind of price they can get the rangers for. I'll keep my fingers crossed... |
