I need to check...I haven't been home in a week or so. I will check this weekend.

Generally a Curtis meter resets itself after the charging process. If it does not reset, manually resetting is nothing more than pulling the meter from the panel and disconnecting pins 1 & 2 for a couple of minutes and then reconnecting.
Resetting can only be done after a full charge has been put on your batteries by your charger.
If your SOC meter looks like this, odds are it is a Curtis meter.

If this procedure doesn't work and you continue to lose battery voltage quickly, I would check your pack voltage after a charge and rest, your charger may not be doing it's job.
Your pack voltage after charge should be 50.96v, if it is only 49.52v or so you only have a 70% charge to start with.
This might even be a good thing to do before even trying to reset the SOC meter.
