Yes, from the feds $4200 and from the State 50%. If I had not add accessories it would have been free.

Have you heard anything about getting a 1099 for the credits? I hear that the cash for clunker reciepients are now getting a 1099 for the rebate. I can't imagine the govt. not doing the same for the LSV's...

My CPA says no worries about a 1099. Tax credits have to be totally disclose in their write up.

Guess we will have to take a "wait and see" on this one. I don't see the government giving anything away lately without some way to tax or re-tax it.

Right - at least not until they call it "INCOME", which they will then find a way to tax it
