I am beginning almost the same build...i have a kz600 ninja motor i am slapping in a mid 80's ezgo....this should be fun....i will make a thread with pictures as i get going. I just have the motor and rear plastic off now.....but will hit it hard as soon as i get my wiring harness in to fire the motor....making sure the motor is good first.

Im workin on fabbin up the rear end this week so i will try to take a couple of pictures with what i come up with. I ordered the axle off of bmikarts.com and the hubs and rotor/sprocket hubs as well. My plan is to reuse the sprocket, and brake rotors from the streetbike. My ideas are all kinda up in the air till its welded together but I will keep you updated.

Don't mean to barge in but, I love the fuel cell. Never thought of using one!

Hey there crf714, I'm doing a 2005 636cc engine swap myself. Is there a way to contact you just to chat about what you've done so far?
If you would, email me with a good number and a time to contact you.
cb632@peaknet.net
Thanks a ton,
Clint
