Default Help id this cart with controller SEM-1-FS5050

Good evening all,

I have this gorgeous cart on my hands which does not drive. I narrowed down to the controller being the issue. Recently it had a lithium battery pack installed (very unprofessionally) some wires under the front console were left hanging and judging by the burn marks they got shorted. I suspect it was enough to take down the controller. Google results don’t mention this controller being used in golf carts, but rather pallet lifts. A replacement controller supplied by Radwell is about 1000usd
I can’t find any id on the cart itself but have been told it’s a Chinese clone of yamaha. Was wondering whether somebody might recognise the model and i could check with the chinese manufacturer.

Any information is appreciated thanks you.

Thank you. So far been difficult to find a used replacement controller. Only one company that say could have a look at it, but not 100% can fix.
