G16 Front Seat and Exhaust Duct Dimensions
First post, so here we go. Have a 1997 limo G16 that is missing what would be the front seat of a non-limo cart. I've been scouring posts looking for just a photo with any sort of references for size to build one. (sorry to vendors, $500 or so for a piece of plywood with screw sets.. not in my budget).
Can anyone post a pic of their seat with a ruler or other object I can scale off ? I need to essentially build everything, including the reinforcement that is apparently made of unobtanium. Second request is either dimensions/shape of the exhaust (assumed rubber) that connects the head to the exhaust heat shield. it's a weird shape, and one I'd likely throw into a CAD program to cut/mold a silicone replacement. Or just buy one if it were available. In case anyone is in Eastern Maryland, I also will be happy to bring beer to measure in person. Thanks for your consideration of the request. |

Thanks Dave, yes, the underside of the flip up would be perfect. I've looked at a bunch of parts sources for the duct, but all indicated out of stock. Many indicate it is no longer in production... Thanks in advance for any help you can provide !

In case anyone else is looking for the exhaust duct - Plowman's had used ones available as of Sept 19th 2022 - Ordered shipped and arrived in 3 days (which is awesome) and was a top quality part. No tears, rubber has plenty of flex.
