Default Powerwise 2 charger

Nubee here. I read that I could put a 9012 powerwise power board in my powerwise 2 charger, instead of the $275.00 Lester board with the control board and relay . Does anybody know how to wire this up. My Powerwise 2 has two white wires coming from the transformer. I don't know which ones to use. Any help appreciated!!

Hi, I appreciate the reply. I did read that. But I need to know about the 2 white wires coming from the transformer. The wiring diagram says plug in the black wire from the transformer. It says that 2 times for 2 black wires. And shows where to plug them in. But my Powerwise 2 36 volt charger has 2 white wires coming out. I don't know how to proceed. I got a 9012 board to put in. Thanx much for your help!!!! Appreciate all!!

If you are talking about the two heavy wires from the transformer to the board one goes to the top of the relay. The other goes to the deck of the control board next to where the white wire from the power cord plugs in. Black wire from the power cord goes to the other terminal on the top of the relay. Green goes to the connector on the end of the board. Small red and black go to the small red and black.

In the picture the red wire on top is an extension of the green, next one down is one of the heavy wires to the transformer, next one down is the white from the power cord.

Check the small red and black wires feeding the board for pack voltage when the charger is plugged in to the cart. If it is not there you need to figure out why. If it is there something else is hooked up incorrectly
