HELP - Part Identification
Trying to get my cart back on the road before the 4th. Pulled the spindles apart to replace the wheel bearings, the backside bearing on both sides has a springy looking part. Any idea what this is? They appear deformed, so I doubt I can reuse. Nothing in the service manual for that part that I saw.
Do I need them? Any idea name or part number? Picture attached. |

Part of the seal. Replace those and you are good.

Re: HELP - Part Identification
I concur, it's part of your seals. Seals are cheap so just replace them with new........ IF I remember right I'm thinking when I replaced my front wheel bearings I went with sealed bearings, but I'd have to go look to be sure.
