07 Precedent, no power
I have an 07 Precedent. Pack reads 51 volts, cart wont move forward or back, no reverse buzzer either. 50 volts on both sides of solenoid. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks |

Re: 07 Precedent, no power
Unplug the OBC 6pin connector. Jump the Blue wire to the red wire on the vehicle side of the harness, not the OBC side. Try and drive it. If she runs, replace OBC.... If not, bypass the MCOR microswitch by unplugging the two pin connector from it and jumping the two pins together in the plug with a paperclip and try to drive it. If this works, replace MCOR.

Re: 07 Precedent, no power
Neither option made cart run. Have continuity on micro switch, jumping obc did not work. I have 48 volts on blue wire into controller
Also jave 50 volts on both sides of contactor coil |

I can jump the contactor on straight to batteries.

Re: 07 Precedent, no power
Does anyone have any ideas on how to check the Curtis Controller (1510A-5251). Since we are seeing 48V out of the OBC to the controller was hoping there were some pins on it which could be checked to see if the controller was weak link or if we should keep trying other ideas.

Make sure the Run/Tow switch is set to Run. Sometimes I can overlook the simplest things.
