Front cowl
I'm sure most of you have takin off the front cowl of your cart. How hard is it?
Can the rivets be replaced with screws? I need to do some re-wiring,amps/lights/horns etc. Any input will help. (Don't want the cart parked too long) |

You can use some big @$$ course thread 2" long sheet metal screws to replace the rivet along the dash, there about the biggest you can buy (i'm thinking size 15 but could be wrong about that) these will come loose and need to be retighten every now and then. It's a halfass solution to the problem of wanting to use the cart and still be able to take off the cowl but it's really better to use the right rivets when you have finished with all your work |
