Total Charger III board
I am pretty sure the board in the Total Charge III is bad, it comes on sets and 20 amps, loud hum, never moves in amps, and over charges the batteries as it never shuts off. Batts are all running at 6.5 to 6.4 are 1 year old, voltage after sitting for a week is 38.9. No loose connections anywhere, all cables are new with in a year, no corrosion. After reading several threads, I am inclined to believe the board is bad, but I wondered if there was a bench test that I could do to confirm it?
