Thanks, they turned out much better that I had hoped. It is also the most complex piece I make. The speakers are enclosed and the head unit is fully supported by its own enclosure. It should do very well.

Thanks for the feedback.

The price for the DS setup is a bit high, but you get some really great features for the money (compared to some of the other stereo mounting products out there). This setup is extremely strong and will put up with any type of abuse that you can throw at it. The strength also equals better sound quality, no rattling or buzzing, plus it will keep your components safe. The stereo mount is designed correctly to support, so that the head unit just slides right in, no need for extra hardware or custom bracketry. The speaker enclosures are enclosed. Giving better sound quality and protection for the speakers.
This setup is listed on ebay now for $132, that is the lowest price that will be seen on this product.

Is there enough room for a 6 1/2 and a tweeter?
Is this available for a 5 1/4" with a tweeter?

There is enough room for a tweeter with the 6.5", and I can offer it with a 5 1/4" and a tweeter.

Where would the tweeter go with the 6.5 design?

The tweeter mounts will fit at the 2 o'clock (for driver) and 10 o'clock (for passenger) with respect to the woofer. I'll make a set this weekend and post some pictures.

How about a pod that hangs under the center of the dash, for carts that have dash covers and don't want to give up the glove box space??? Maybe have speaker pods that take the place of the OEM drink holders..
