http://www.daycoproducts.com/online-...1?part_type=50 Easy Dimensional lookup. Will give you belts with 1/2" either way. The width you want is 1.188 (1-3/16) you can go to 1.25 but it will drag a bit till it breaks in.

Example

Dayco HP2029 is close. For a John Deere Gator CX. Length: 43.479" Width: 1.206" If you have some adjustment to set the slack.

Dayco HP3001/ MAX1034 is dead on 43-1/16 and 1-3/16 wide

A slightly longer belt will run fine, it will just have a more abrupt take off as the clutch will close quite a bit before it grabs meaning you lose some torque and the engine rpm will be alot higher.
