battery life
I want to put a 6 inch lift and 22 or 24 inch tires on my electric rxv but was wondering if anyone knows if that would effect my battery life or useage like a lift and tires effects gas mileage on a truck. Anyone thoughts or will it not be enough to matter...

Re: battery life
You will use more power, but battery cycle life is really all about how deeply you discharge the battery called Depth of Discharge (aka DOD%), and how long you leave it discharged before fully recharging. Example the T-105 published cycle life claims:
3000 cycles @ 20% DOD 1200 cycles @ 50% DOD 700 cycles @ 80% DOD 500 cycles @ 100% DOD Take away the deeper you discharge a battery, the less cycle life. |
