Lowering Club Car DS??
Hello all,I was thinking about lowering my 2003 ccds.Ive heard you can flip all 4 leaf springs.I was wondering how hard this is to do,if it works,or if it would drive with 205 tires on 12 inch wheels.Anyone got any knowledge on this sort of thing? Thanks in advance.

Re: Lowering Club Car DS??
Elite,
Take a look at my photo album.... my 84 DS is sitting on low profiles on 12's... the rear tires clear OK (barely) but I had to go up 3/4 on the front to get the front tires to clear the body.... if your going to run 12's, I wouldnt plan on going down any without hacking and moving your front end out (which I have seen). Straight line, you'll be OK with the 12's, when you turn the wheel, they'll eat the body. Good Luck. |
