Re: Vegas 625 fuel delivery problem
Depending on model, there is a PCV that either attaches to the intake or vents to atmosphere. On my 96 DS its vented to atmoshpere, if the stock air cleaner is still in place on the 625 it should be vented to the intake.
Maybe its condensation? It is getting colder in the northern states, and condensation in the crankcase can appear to be something other than oil in the pulse line. Pull the pulse line and see if it smells like gas. If raw gas is present in the pulse line, it should have a distinct odor. If there is no overwhelming odor of gas, I would run the cart for a good while to get to full operating temperature and that should evaporate any lingering condensation. |

Re: Vegas 625 fuel delivery problem
Thanks again to all for the input. I'm in South Florida so no change of seasons here...just hot and somewhat less hot lol. I guess I'll keep an eye on it. Maybe I should just get rid of this clear line and stop driving myself crazy! My son put another hour or so on yesterday without issue. Just fingers crossed it works on Halloween.
