EZ Go RXZ won’t move
Just got a new to me RXZ. New batteries producing 51.4 volts. Took it off charge couple days ago and it don’t want to move. Put in Tow, rolled it, back to run and it worked. Turned off / on multiple times (as much as 12 hour pause between cycles) not a problem. Put it on charge last night - now it won’t move again. Tried switching to Tow, rolling it but that’s not helping this time. Any ideas?

Re: EZ Go RXZ won’t move
Try pulling back on the gas pedal and see if it goes. What year is the cart?

Serial nuber tag can be found just above drivers front wheel, or on the steering column. The sticker up front has a date code as well.

Re: EZ Go RXZ won’t move
I just had this problem, ended buying a new motor brake. Brake would not unlock, pulled it off and was all rusty in it. Under your run tow switch there are some bypass connectors to see if the brake will unlock.

The blue wire coming out of the receptical typically plugged into a orange wire.
If it has +24volts typically the car will run. Put positive on your blue And your negative of your multimeter on main negative. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk |

Re: EZ Go RXZ won’t move
Receptical is good.
The voltage tells the controller it's not charging and should drop to 0-2v when charging. But that's not your problem today. Your controller is a Danaher. Which to alot of people dont understand them. The best effort I can give you bud is follow power according to this diagram that the almighty Bob gave. Follow Yellow from SOL -> Fuse -> KeySwitch -> Output Red of keyswitch -> Pin 1 of controller. Then the plug thing under the cup holder. Make sure that stupid thing has a firm connection and no green or pink or what ever color corrosion. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk |
