Default 420cc Pred issues with running after 5 mins.

So a new pred 420cc with gov delete, HD VC springs and rods and VC carb. On a Columbia Parcar with pedal start.

After about 5 mins of driving the cart it acts like it gets starved of fuel, bogs down for a few seconds, then will start up again.

I have the pulse hooked up to the valve cover. And have done no adjustments to the carb.

What's the list of concerns I need to start from ro diagnos my issue?

Here's an article on how to setup a pump om the valve cover. Remember if you use the crankcase pulse to run the pump -- you still have the need for a vent.

See photos of my cover, the stock vent has a fitting tapped into it and the pulse is on other side and under the partition not above it like the vent is. This setup worked great until I modded the engine and got more rpm. Sometimes it would get a few drops of oil in the pulse line and start to lose fuel after I did a speed run. I am changing the way it is hosed to see if it will get rid of that issue. Never had an issue with it on the stock engine. This runs the stock G9 pump which is a ways away and near the bottom of the fuel tank. Some have better luck running a B&S or other pump and if you put it up higher the pulse stays cleaner, though sometimes they lose prime its harder to get the air out and get going again if you run out of fuel.
