Default Bad boy buggy won’t power up

I have a bb-ams4. I replaced batteries and now I get no activation at all with key switch. I am getting voltage to key switch. But nothing happens, no battery indicator or solenoid activation or light on controller. HELP!!

Did the cart run before the battery swap, if so the root cause may be just a missing wire from the swap out, some Bad Boys i have seen has more small wire than big wires on the pack

It did run. I have checked and check wires. I took pics before and after. I need to know if there is a fuse or something to check

Bad Boys has a lot of variety. No main fuse that i know of. You gonna have to chase the spark, in other words unless you can find a wiring diagram you need to check your input devices Key, F&R, charger interlock, foot pedal, solenoid
I know that there is Bad Boy info on the site....somewhere

We replaced batteries on one and it instantly blew out the headlights and smoked the switch. We had before pictures and the cables were idiot proof--couldn't hook them up to the wrong posts.

We no longer work on Bad Boy anything due to just having them fail from looking at them the wrong way. Whoever designed them should be lined up and shot.
