Lift kits for Melex
anyone see one or has anyone modified or tried to use parts from other brands to lift their cart ? I keep looking at my set up and how they sorta look similar to the club car. I know this is a slow thread area, but I figure I give it a shot.

Re: Lift kits for Melex
It's got a pretty heavy duty leaf springs in the back. It looks like a simple block lift could work in the back if I can get around the hydrolic lines, but front I have no idea on. I kinda looks like some of the club car front ends. so I was wondering if anyone uses a club car lift kit on them. or did you fab everything ?

if it s a four wheel cart! You can make some block for the font two. i used 1 inch box tubing between two flat plates. the steering arm is kind of tricky but i put mine in a vise and heated it and bent it slowly. worked out perfect! I ll try to post some pictures

Re: Lift kits for Melex
cool. so a small block lift under the front center leaf spring and you bent the steering. some pics would be great. I will post some of my existing set up. I got hydrolics on the front wheels also.

You might want to start a new thread about this. This one is 8 years old.
I will say there are many more similarities to EZ GO than Club Car. |
