Smile EZGO Freedom PDS

Hello,
I have an EZGO Freedom PDS 36V That has stopped when the pedal is pressed. All lights, Horn, and electric fuel guage is working. I have checked the voltage on the batteries and they are at full output. The reverse warning signal, and diagnostic beeps are NOT working. I changed out the FNR Rocker switch with no luck. Have not located any loose, or faulty wiring. Any Ideas??

Pull driver side floor board up and check micro switch in pedal box under the mat.

Just so we know. You have it in Run right? All the cables are hooked up? No fuse is blown? All the easy stuff is right.

Correct. No easy stuff, solid cables, and full output from the batteries.

You say you aren't getting any signal of it going to dignostic mode correct? The R/T switch is working I assume because if it's faulty then it's not going to run or do the dignostic's. I think it's time to say it's the controller then. Have you been putting a lot of load on it. Check the reed switch inside the charger plug on the cart take the 3 screw out and see if wire is burnt into or broke.

That was my fear. I have not put any heavy loads on it at all. I'll check the item above and let you know. Thanks for all the comments!

checked the wiring inside the charging box. No issues there. guessing now the controller, or motor.
