G22 body repair
Bought new to me g22 and wanted lights. Messed up on cut out what can I repair the plastic with. Thanks

Depends on the repair. You can actually weld plastic, there are tools for that. You can use epoxy to patch the piece in. You can use fiberglass matting and resin on the backside to hold the patch in. I've even seen metal screen and aluminum sheet panels as a backing. Plain plastic body filler and icing can finish out the panel surface. High filler primer and paint.
The thing with plastic body panels is they are flexible. If it moves and flexes sometimes the repaired area will crack. It's important to secure the repair permanently from behind. |

I don't know, they changed materials over the years.
