air pressure
i just put a set of all trail 2 tires on my 2004 ezgo txt i use cart at the camp grounds and some trail riding what air pressure would be good

It really depends on what you will be carrying, two people usually will be around 5 to 8psi but again also depends on rim width and footprint.
I don't check any of my carts with a gauge, I like to wet the tire and roll on concrete to check footprint. Too much and the print will be narrow, causing a stiffer ride and faster wear in the middle. Too little and the print will be distorted or smeared in the center and will also cause excessive wear and spongey steering response. Lower psi will give you a better ride. Guess that doesn't help much, just gotta play with it. |
