Re: 04 48 v hunting cart
Got the High Torque Golf Cart Upgrade Kit - Admiral MOT-A4 Motor, Alltrax XCT48500 IQ Controller, solenoid & Accessories (For Club Car IQ) almost all done. Waiting on #2 cables to come. Then I can finish it and put the flip flop seat on.
The tires are 22" instead of 23" recommended by most people to keep the controller happy and give it plenty of life. Suppose to have 18 MPH and 70% more torque than a stock setup. |

Re: 04 48 v hunting cart
That MOT-A4 and controller will have no problem turning larger tires as long as the battery pack is up to it. The CC DS/IQ is a great cart to turn into an off road hunting machine. Be interested to hear if you experience a whine noise coming from the A4 under acceleration? That is my only complaint is that noise. Hope the attached pics gives your buddy some ideas.
Good Job so far! |
