Default Street legal light kit upgrade?

2002 DS Series 48V cart:
Hello All,
I have standard aftermarket head/tail lights on the cart. I am looking to go street legal and need to add the brake lights, turn signals and lighted license plate bracket. Does anyone know of an upgrade kit where I can use my existing lights and just add the need additional equipment? I know that there are complete kits of street legal equipment, but I was hoping to save a little money and not have to replace my existing lights...

Thoughts?

My system doesn't have a timer, but rather two micro switches- one turns the brake lights on when you depress the brake pedal, and the other turns them off when you engage the park brake. Works well

Don't have a timer either. Micro switch thru the brake pedal and the back of the pad hollowed out. Push on pedal, pad flexes and brake lights come on. Take foot off pedal pad returns brake lights go out. Doesn't matter if parking brake is on or off. Only works when you step on brake pedal.

Mine has a timer. I think they stay on for 30 seconds. Had it for over a year with no issues. I wired my reducer through the switch a couple of months ago, so when I park and turn the key off, the brake lights go off. I guess it wouldn't matter if the timer decided to stop working now with the way I have it wired.

Some how I knew I was going to be asked that. So here you go. 1st pic is of micro switch in pedal. I just drilled a 1/2" hole, kinda watch where you drill as there are reinforcement bars in the back. I think I just picked out a small hole that was already there and enlarged it. You will need to adjust how far out the switch goes for sensitivity.
2nd pic is of a pad before (on left) and after hollowing out (on right) I used a dremel tool to hollow it out more after I used side cutters to take out the bulk of the ribs. On top is the type of switch I used.
I only use 1 screw to hold the pedal pad in place. It is just under the parking brake. Not hard to do at all.
