Need help with speed controller

Need help installing a cutis speed controller on a 2000 club car. Model number 1510-5201. The new controller has a s1 and s2 wire and I can't figure where they go. The old controller has 3 wires a 1 2 and 3.

Wrong controller. The controller you're trying to install is for a Shunt-Wound motor setup or (Sepex) vehicle. Your car is setup for a series-wound motor. Not compatible at all.

Have a look at www.alltraxinc.com they have NPX, AXE and SPM controllers for your cart
