Default Starting my project

Hello guys,
Recently i found your forum when i was searching for experts on modified buggies and carts. I registered here, because i would like some help from the experts, and the people that had tried and solved many kinds of problems/difficulties.

I'm from Greece (Hellas) and i got a PGO Bugster 150 from an old friend. The buggy has driven more that 20k kms, as a "rent a buggy" which means that the engine can hardly drive 20-25 km/h.

So, i decided to start an engine swap project, with the help of a friend who works in a motorbike shop.

The possible donors for the new engine are :

Yamaha XT 600 (2003)
BMW F650 (1999)
Piaggio Beverly BV500 (2007)

These motorbikes/scooter are abandoned so we can use as many parts as we need, for free.

Which engine would you choose, trying to make the engine swap as easy as possible? The summer is close, and i would like to have it for some beach fun
