Default '96 ClubCar PowerDrive Charger won't cycle off

I have a '96 clubcar powerdrive that won't stop charging. All the batteries load test good, 3 cells are low specific gravity but other than that the batteries seem fine. The problem is that the charger is overcharging the batteries, essentially boiling over the batteries if left long enough. Ran a continuity test on the chargers relay but all ok there. All manual tests on the OBC passed. Any ideas?

Welcome to BGW...

Batteries do boil when they charge, and if they are overfilled they will boil over. The charger should shut off after 16 hours no matter what. If it is not doing this, you have an OBC problem, because that is what controls the charger.
