1992 club car exhaust
My 92 club car exhaust is loud is there anyway to be able to clean it out. Or is it just a replacement. I don't think it is plugged but it I'd loud. Any ideas I don't see any leaks around any of the gaskets either.

Re: 1992 club car exhaust
Is the muffler extremely rusty? The extra noise might come from holes caused by rust over time.

Re: 1992 club car exhaust
I have replaced them on 2 carts here on the island. They were just totally rusted out. Luckily both came apart with no broken bolts or studs. I bumped the thread with the carry all job. I did the builder's DS some years later but didn't do any pics. The carry all was traded off for a Sparky with the owners son and the builder sold off the DS and bought a GEM Sparky.
