09 carryall turf 6 Gas No go
09 gas carryall turf 6 FE350 . When mashing pedal nothing happens. Both little wires on solenoid are hot when key is on? Cant get big post hot unless short across solenoid. New parts include micros in box, solenoid, S/G.
Not new is the 3 micros in dash for F/R ? Need a wiring diagram for those. This thing was pushed a side and I bought it as is. Also was not getting good spark just weak and sometimes no spark. 165lbs compression. |

Re: 09 carryall turf 6 Gas No go
Yes, you will have 12v present on both small wires on the solenoid with Key On. The Key switch provides power to the solenoid on the Blue wire, the shift limit switch and the gas pedal switch provide the ground side for the solenoid to engage.
Try jumping the Orange wire to ground and see if the solenoid clunks. Also ditch that **** ATV battery. The starter gen on these will burn up an AGM battery in a heartbeat. You need a BCI group 75 flooded battery. Do not use an AGM battery. Also remove and clean all f the ground cables and the frame where the ground cables attach. I see lots of rust and corrosion at the ground cable connections, and that will cause you nothing but headaches. Weak spark is usually a bad ignition coil, but the first thing to check is that the rev limiter is not causing a problem. Rev limiter box if it's still there, is the black box next to the oil filter on the front of the engine. Disconnect the Brown wire that's bolted to the mount bracket to disable the limiter. If that does not fix the spark issue it need a new coil. |

Here's a parts manual for an 07 Villager 6/8, it has the dash shifter with 3 micro's.
and a wiring diagrams for pedal and key start, Electrical system Gas pg 6-1 It should be very close to yours. |

Got it fixed guys thanks for all the suggestions and help. Turned out to be the maintenance toggle switch was missing so the jumped the wires and they were not making good contact. Re-stripped the wires and tied together and solved the spark issue and pedal start.
