Good and bad depending on your end goal. The good 459 cc with the 69mm crank for good torque, hemi head with large valves, zero deck height with a flat top piston, heavily ribbed thick casting block, HD rocker arms and good valve train geometry, and oil pump with a filter. The bad no billet rod or flywheel exist at this time and exhaust port is 625 cc spaced that than the the 390 460 cc spacing.Final conclusion Stock it is the best built of all the single cylinder clones BUT without a billet connecting rod adding cams and other speed equipment would not be a good idea at the present time. So if you are going to run it governed great engine or IF you want to run higher RPMS not so good. Red Beard on youtube does some in depth reviews.

There are several carts on another site where this engine was used. All were mostly stock and replaced 420 and 440 cc units. All in all a very noticeable power increase and more mechanically quiet. $300 versus the HF price of $479 I would grab it to use one way or another. Philli is the closest store that has even limited stock by me meaning the SJ stores are sold out.
