Exclamation Club Car DS 2003 getting bagged!

Hey all, first post. So I have been seeing an ever growing number of carts being lifted, so I had to do the opposite…. So I decided to take my wife’s cart and bag it. Now it’s kinda scarce on the web to find info about bagging a cart.. there’s almost no info other than a few forum threads. And considering I have not the slightest clue what I’m doing, I thought maybe I should consult those who might know something about the subject.

So here’s where we’re at. 2003 club car DS, instead of going with air shocks , with 1/4 lines, which any sane person would do…. I opted for the same setup you’d use in an impala.!!

I’m running 2600lb airmaxxx bags, with 3/8” LINE!!
8 valve airmaxxx valves, and an airmaxxx 580 compressor, … when I say it’s a little overboard, I’m being modest… when I hit the switch it’s quite violent how fast it fills up. I’m pretty sure with my kids on the cart, I could easily shoot them a good 6’ at least.

I managed to cobble together a triangulated 4 link, so the rear is **** near done. Just need to clean up some wiring and some fiberglass on the body and she’s good( other than wheels)

I have no doubt this will be fun….
But I need help with the front . I can’t find hardly any info of what to do on the front. I want this thing to be slammed hard when it’s pancaked.
I still have a lot to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’ll post pics today….hopefulluy

Posting pics is very tough on this forum? Maybe I don’t have permissions?

Anybody? I’m looking for info on how to put airbags on the front of my 2003 club car. I did the rear already, but the front is so crowded with the steering and A-Arms, that there isn’t any room for my bags. So what can I chop out and what’s the best method?

Please guys.

not a lot if anybody has put airbags on a golf cart here, i think it's an awesome idea but probably not a lot of that kind of knowledge here unless a cart member also works on their rides at home....

I cant help. Never had a problem posting pics. I need air bags to raise my cart. Stumps arent friendly to steering components.

I'm not familiar with the front end setup on the Club Car DS. Is it a straight axle? I completely designed a front end setup for my EZGO TXT that included control arms. I know some people that have just mounted the bags to the axles with some bag plates. What do you have?
