Default Power Kit install

Hello everyone:

I finally installed the power kit. Was a royal pain the .... to install. That spring has some serious strength. I ended up using a pair of visegrips on the sheave to hold the strap from sliding. Once that was figured out the install went in about 15 minutes. I did notice a difference in torque but lost some on the top end. I am going to do the main jet and airfilter tomorrow. Hopefully I will regain some of the top end again. Here are some step by step photos on the install.

I installed the main jet and a new K&N filter. That did the trick. I have speed and torque now!

How much difference in power would you say you noticed??? I'm thinking about going with the power kit on my G2, played around my propertry and found a spot I cant climb from dead stop, with two people in it, solo it makes it ,think that the power spring would take care of my power problem???

I have heard from every Yamaha owner that the spring makes a huge difference but on a non-lifted cart it will rob all your speed.
