did u have a kill switch on there? i've got to figure how to put one on this pull start rotax 440 to shut it down since there's no electric start setup

At first I did then I burnt the relay up and after that I just pulled the plug out on the CDI. Then I put the kill switch back together, the sled should have the wiring from the handle bar kill switch if you kept it.

yeah never had the wiring or sled just got the motor pretty much from one

Same with me but I got a schematic online and then wired everything in....with a little trial and error I got it all to work out.
