Boo's Cart & 16hp Kawasaki V-twin
Since my original thread lost all the photos in a crash.. thought I'd put an edited edition here. This is the cart when we started, some photos of the motor install, and what it is now.

Re: Boo's Cart and Motor
Hey Boo. What is that engine in there? Being water cooled draws my intrest for an upcoming project. I may need to see some more pics of the back of the engine.

Re: Boo's Cart and Motor
Came from Tom at Cart Parts Plus. 16hp water cooled V-twin. It's an awesome motor. Fast and runs strong. Goes almost anywhere I've taken it. GPS'd at 38.9 with stock clutches. It originally came as a kit, but the price shot up right after I got mine and he stopped carrying the kit. You can still buy the motor but you would have to do the fabbing and wiring yourself. I really can't say enough about what a quality motor it is. I can take some other pics if you tell me what you need.

Re: Boo's Cart and Motor
these kawasakis are very dependable engines, john deere ran that same liquid cooled engine in alot of different hp's.. the only thing i seen in 6 years as a tech was popping pushrods off.. they also sometimes would break teeth off the cam gears.. ither than that they were very awesome!!! look for the john deere 445, 22hp v-twin with fuel injection... sweet!!!
