is the Frame for the 2013 txt the same as for a 2011?
I missed a flooded 2023 but that could have been a complete piece disaster but someone has a 2011 for sale for 400 bucks

Same frame. 2001-2023 have the same part number.

In 2014 they changed the roof supports but yes RXV are different.

looks like I need a new frame a golf cart mechanic stopped by and said frame is bent, now to find a deal on a good frame
