G-16 rear end noise
So getting a whining noise from rear end changed both clutches and changed rear diff fluid , still have noise , now thinking a input shaft bearing anyone have knowledge of hard of a job changing the bearings is ? Thanks

Its not that hard, but if you've never done one, pay attention to where all the washers are at. Also if you go into it, plan on changing all the bearings and seals.

Bearings....OEM bearings are good, but there are better...Dont buy cheap bearings online or you will be going back in and changing them again. You can find a good local bearing place and tell them you need automotive differential quality bearings. |
