They did (and that's what their warranty alludes to) but I just received a shipping label!

Oh no - battery number 2 is having the same problem. Working with Allied again also trying to understand what happened to my return battery. This is very frustrating. Any one have any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

Has it been the same positioned battery in the circuit every time failing?

It's a single battery setup.

Did Allied diagnose the failure of the 1st battery yet?

They didn't respond with what the diagnosis was yet.

um... is this post for drama / leverage or has something happened to indicate you will be charged for the faulty battery? 2 batteries with issues makes me curious whats causing all this.. so many possibilities... is your 48 to 12v converter on a switch? what controller are you using? what charger? just trying to answer your earlier question of what you could possibly be doing wrong?

The battery acted funny the. Has been acting fine for a couple months. Allied was fully committed to figuring things out.

Dang - it’s happened again. Battery just dims out after manually turning on. Anyone else seen this? Back with Allied Monday but hoping to get the cart working today.
