Got some welding done today, pretty good for doing it for the first time, powder coat will make it look a little better. 🤷🏼*♂️

That’s looking really nice. After you powder coat it it’s going to look really sharp. What color are you going to powder coat?

Thanks man, Just going to with gloss black, drop it all off today. Should have it all back together by this weekend. Then fine tune it all.

Awesome build and thanks for sharing the pics / details. I’m in the planning phase of this and had not considered the u-bolt set up vs direct welding to axle. Would you mind sharing a few links to the parts used?

Here are the plates I used.

Then I used a 9-1/6 square u bolt 2.5” wide and 8” long

Got the front end all together looks sick! I’m getting my parts back from powder coating tomorrow and then I can start installing the rear. Then get this cart rolling and fine tune the suspension.

I’ll also will be installing a custom dual steering stabilizer to help with keeping this thing inline while doing 35+ down the road, stay tuned.
